1.Ode to a Butterfly
2.The Lighthouse's Tale
I am a lighthouse
Worn by the weather and the waves
I keep my lamp lit
To warn the sailors on their way
I'll tell a story
Paint you a picture from my past
I was so happy
But joy in this life seldom lasts
I had a keeper
He helped me warn the ships at sea
We had grown closer
'Til his joy meant everything to me
He was to marry
A girl who shone with beauty and light
They loved each other
And with me watched the sunsets into nights
And the waves crash around me,
The sand slips out to sea,
And the winds that blow remind me
Of what has been, and what can never be
She'd had to leave us
My keeper, he prayed for a safe return
But when the night came
The weather to a raging storm had turned
He watched her ship fight
But in vain against the wild and terrible wind
In me so helpless
As dashed against the rocks she met her end
And the waves crash around me,
The sand slips out to sea,
And the winds that blow remind me
Of what has been, and what can never be
Then on the next day
My keeper found her washed up on the shore
He kissed her cold face
And that they'd be together soon he swore I saw him crying
Watched as he buried in the sand
Then he climbed my tower
And off the edge of me he ran
And the waves crash around me,
The sand slips out to sea,
And the winds that blow remind me
Of what has been, and what can never be
I am a lighthouse
Worn by the weather and the waves
And though I'm empty
I still warn the sailors on their way
3.Out of the Woods
I wish you out of the woods
And into the picture with me.
I wish you over the moon,
Come out of the question and be.
If this is going to
Run around in my head
I might as well be dreaming,
Run around in my head.
I rollercoaster for you.
Time out of mind
Must be heavenly.
It's all enchanted and wild,
It's just like my heart said
It was going to be.
If this is going to
Run around in my head
I might as well be dreaming,
Run around in my head.
I wish you out of the woods
And into the picture with me.
I wish you over the moon,
Come out of the question and be.
If this is going to
Run around in my head
I might as well be dreaming,
Run around in my head.

5.Reasons Why
Where am I today? I wish that I knew
'Cause lookin' around there's no sign of you
I don't remember one jump or one leap
Just quiet steps away from your lead
I'm holding my heart out but clutching it too
Feeling this short of a love that we once knew
I'm calling this a home when it's not even close
Playing the role with nerves left exposed
Standing on a darkened stage
Stumbling through the lines
Others have excuses
I have my reasons why
We get distracted by the dreams of our own
But nobody's happy while feeling alone
And knowing how hard it hurts when we fall
We lean another ladder against the wrong wall
And climb high to the highest rung
To shake fists at the sky
Others have excuses
I have my reasons why
With so much deception it's hard not to wander away
It's hard not to wander away, it's hard not to wander away
6.When You Come Back Down
You gotta leave me now
You gotta go alone
You gotta chase a dream
One that's all your own
Before it slips away
When you're flying high
Take my heart along
I'll be the harmony
To every lonely song
That you learn to play
When you're soaring through the air
I'll be your solid ground
Take every chance you dare
I'll still be there
When you come back down
When you come back down
I keep looking up
Awaiting your return
My greatest fear will be
That you will crash and burn
And I won't feel your fire
I'll be the other hand
That always holds a line
Connecting in between
Your sweet heart and mine
I'm strung out on that wire
I'll be on the other end
To hear you when you call
Angel you were born to fly
And if you get too high
I'll catch you when you fall
Catch you when you fall
Your memory's the sunshine
Every new day brings
I know the sky is calling
Angel let me help you with your wings
When you're soaring through the air
I'll be your solid ground
Take every chance you dare
I'll still be there
When you come back down
Take every chance you dare
I'll still be there
When you come back down
When you come back down
7.Sweet Afton
Flow gently, sweet Afton, among thy green braes,
Flow gently, I'll sing thee a song in thy praise;
My Mary's asleep by thy murmuring stream,
Flow gently, sweet Afton, disturb not her dream.
Thou stock-dove whose echo resounds thro' the glen,
Oh, Ye wild whistling blackbirds in yon thorny den,
Thou green-crested lapwing, thy screaming forebear,
Oh, I charge you disturb not my slumbering fair
Oh, How lofty, sweet Afton, thy neighboring hills,
Far mark'd with the courses of clear winding rills,
There daily I wander as noon rises high
My flocks and my Mary's sweet cot in my eye.
How pleasant thy banks and green valleys below,
Where wild in the woodlands the primroses blow;
There oft as mild Ev'ning sweeps over the lea
The sweet scented birk shades my Mary and me.
Oh, Thy crystal stream, Afton, how lovely it glides,
And winds by her cot where my Mary resides,
How wanton thy waters her snowy feet lave,
As gathering sweet flow'rets she stems thy clear wave.
Flow gently, sweet Afton, among thy green braes,
Flow gently, sweet river, the theme of my lays,
My Mary's asleep by thy murmuring stream,
So flow gently, sweet Afton, disturb not her dream.

9.The Hand Song
The boy only wanting to give mother something
And all of her roses had bloomed
Looking at him as he came rushing in with them
Knowing her roses were doomed
All she could see were some thorns buried deep
And tears that he cried as she tended his wounds
And she knew it was love
It was one she could understand
He was showing his love
And that's how he hurt his hands
He still remembers that night as a child
On his mother's knee
She held him close and she opened her bible
And quietly started to read
Then seeing a picture of jesus he cried out,
'mama he's got some scars just like me!'
And he knew it was love
It was one he could understand
He was showing his love
And that's how he hurt his hands
Now the boy's grown
And moved out on his own
When uncle sam comes along
A foreign affair but our young men were there
And luck had his number drawn
It wasn't that long till our hero was gone
He gave to a friend what he'd learned from the cross
Well they knew it was love
It was one they could understand
He was showing his love
And that's how he hurt his hands
It was one they could understand
He was showing his love
And that's how he hurt his hands

11.The Fox
The fox went out on a chilly night
He prayed for the moon to give him light
for he'd many a mile to go that night
Before he reached the town-o, town-o, town-o
He'd many a mile to go that night before he reached the town-o
He ran til he came to the farmers pen
the ducks and the geese were kept therein
He said a couple of you are gonna grease my chin, before I
leave this town-o, town-o, town-o
a couple of you are going to grease my chin before I
leave this town-o
He grabbed the grey goose by the neck
threw a duck across his back
and he didn't mind the quack, quack
and the legs all danglin down-o down-o down-o
he did't mind the quack quack and the legs all danglin down-o
Well the old grey woman jumped out of bed
Out of the window she popped her head
cryed john john the great goose is gone
and the fox is on the town-o town-o town-0
john john the great goose is gone and the fox is on the town-o
He ran till he came to his nice warm den
and there were the little ones eight, nine, ten
sayin daddy daddy better go back again
it must be a mighty fine town-o town-o town-o
daddy daddy go back again it must be a mighty fine town-o
The fox and his wife, without any strife
cut up the goose with a fork and a knife
they never had such a supper in their life
and the little ones chewed on the bones-o bones-o bones-o
they never had such a supper in their life
and the little ones chewed on the bones.
